  • Shipping rates can be high, we totally understand. One thing we can do is offer the same discount on shipping that we get as a business to you as our customer. This means the price you pay is the price we pay, no more!

    The rates you see are carrier generated by UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Uncle Lumpy's Kitchen does not set these rates, and hopes you'll continue to support our small businesses!

  • Uncle Lumpy's Kitchen does not currently operate a storefront or commercial warehouse facility so, unfortunately, local pick-up is currently not available.

  • Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from date of order placement. Depending on when you place your order, shipping times will vary.

  • Sorry to hear that! Please contact us with an image of the damage and the packing list that was enclosed with your order. We'll coordinate a replacement free of charge.

  • Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

  • Our sauce IS gluten free.

  • First and foremost, our sauce is GLUTEN FREE.

    Other common allergens present are: Soy

  • Uncle Lumpy’s Kitchen does not use MSG in our sauces.

  • All of our sauces are shelf-stable, but require refrigeration after opening.

  • All Uncle Lumpy's Kitchen Sauces have a calculated shelf-life and an expiration date printed directly onto the bottle.

  • All recipes for our products are designed and tested by the Uncle Lumpy's Kitchen team.

    Our products are physically produced by John Henry Sauce-a-Holic Food Company in Houston, TX.

  • We're very intentional about adding more stuff to our world. If we choose to launch a new product it's because we are certain we can do it better than anyone else.   • Our founder has worked 20+ seasons in the camping department for Scouting America. As a Camp Program Director, he affectionately became known as “Uncle Lumpy” to everyone at camp. Uncle Lumpy has been a role model for many youth over the years - so we wanted to include his beloved nickname into our brand!

    We like to think that “Uncle Lumpy” means “love”!
