This means we release all Uncle Lumpy's Kitchen shipments without signature requirements and cannot be held responsible for UPS or USPS errors. Be sure to check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors with your shipping address details and that your apartment/unit # is included, if applicable.

Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts; if your building is locked to outsiders (no lobby, mailroom, etc.), to be extra safe, we recommend calling your selected carrier with your tracking details and requesting a specific service (i.e. "leave the package on the front stoop, please").
